We are looking for sales and marketing representatives.
Euro Fashion 24 is opening representation across every market we ship to. If you know the fashion trade in your country and you would rather sell something you can stand behind than shift whatever a catalogue gives you, we would like to hear from you.
The opportunity
We design in Portugal, manufacture through our own partner factory, and hold stock in warehouses in Portugal and Milan. What we do not yet have in every market is someone on the ground who knows the buyers, the boutiques and the local trade.
That is the role. You represent Euro Fashion 24 in your country — opening retail and wholesale accounts, building the brand locally, and feeding back what your market actually wants so it reaches the design studio rather than getting lost.

We are open to one representative per territory, or to a partner covering several neighbouring markets where that makes more sense than splitting them.
What the role involves
Open accounts
Approach boutiques, retailers and wholesale buyers in your market, present the collection and bring in orders.
Grow the brand locally
Build visibility where your customers actually look — trade events, local retail, regional marketing and social channels in your own language.
Handle made-to-measure enquiries
Made-to-measure is a large part of what we do. You would take those enquiries locally and pass the measurements and specification to production.
Report what you see
Tell us what is selling, what is missing and what competitors are doing. That feedback goes straight to the design team, not into a spreadsheet nobody reads.
What you would be representing
This matters, because it is the difference between a hard sell and an easy one.
Our own production
We are not a marketplace reselling other people’s stock. Every piece comes through a supply chain we control, from the first sketch to the finished garment.
Genuine made-to-measure
Because we have a development team and a factory rather than a warehouse of fixed sizes, a garment can be cut to a customer’s measurements as a normal order.
Stock already in Europe
Warehouses in Portugal and Milan mean realistic delivery times for European accounts, and urgent orders can ship direct from the factory.
Price that makes sense
Removing the wholesalers between the cutting table and the customer is why genuine leather here does not carry a designer markup. That is an argument you can make with a straight face.
Who we are looking for
We care more about what you know than what your CV looks like. In practice, the people who do well in this role tend to have:
- Existing contacts in fashion retail, wholesale or garment buying in their market.
- Fluency in the local language, and enough English to work with our team in Lisbon.
- The self-direction to run their own territory rather than wait to be told what to do.
- An honest interest in the product. Leather and tailoring reward people who understand them.
Prior experience representing a clothing brand is useful but not essential. If you have the contacts and the appetite, tell us and we will talk.
